Masaya INOUE

Prof. Inoue studied for his undergraduate degree at Kobe University, where he gained his PhD in Political Science in 2009. He served as a lecturer at Kobe University, an associate professor at Kagawa University, and a professor at Seikei University, prior to his position at Keio.
