Yasuhito FUKUSHIMA

Yasuhito Fukushima graduated from the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University in 2007 and earned a Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University, in 2015. After serving as a Senior Research Fellow at the National Institute for Defense Studies, among other positions, he joined the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University as an Associate Professor in 2025. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Space Policy Institute of George Washington University and the University of California Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation.
